Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

We are happy to provide a refund or exchange your goods only if notification is within 7 days of receipt and with proof of purchase, providing:
- Goods are in their unmarked original, unused and resalable condition
- Packaging, instruction books, accessories etc. are complete

We will issue credit to your account or credit card in New Zealand dollars. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.

Exclusions
Due to hygiene reasons we do not refund or exchange the following goods:
- Incontinence (underwear, mattress and chair protectors)
- Toileting (urinals, bed pans and commodes)
- Personal hygiene (bathroom seating, body cleaning products)
- Personal items (beds, clothing)

We do not refund transportation costs except where goods are faulty.

If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
